Orla Carolan
Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) | Sustainability SME & Consultant
Orla Carolan is Head of Technical Training at the Sustainability Reporting Institute, responsible for developing and delivering training on reporting standards including CSRD (ESRS) and ISSB/IFRS Sustainability Reporting Standards (IFRS S1 & S2).
She also works freelance for the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), contributing to the standard-setting process for ESRS and the recent simplification of standards following EU regulation changes.
A Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA), Orla previously held senior roles in financial reporting and sustainability advisory at JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services and Grant Thornton Ireland.
Kristine Nagle
Founder and Sustainability Advisor, Your Impact House
Kristine Nagle is a course developer and instructor at the the Sustainability Reporting Institute. She is also the Founder and Sustainability Advisor at Your Impact House, with five years of consulting experience supporting SMEs, startups, corporations, and venture capital funds across Europe.
She previously developed and launched a CSR strategy for Printful, a global unicorn with 1,600+ employees across Europe and the USA. Kristine has also managed accelerator programs at Startup Wise Guys and built a global network as CEO of the TechChill conference.

Amanda Koefoed Simonsen

Amanda Koefoed Simonsen is a recognised expert in sustainability and ESG strategy. She leads ESG and sustainability practice at Copenhagen Changery, combining consulting, assurance, and software development to support global companies in ESG reporting and strategy.
With extensive experience shaping ESG policies and a strong academic background from institutions including the University of Copenhagen and Yale, Amanda is a thought leader in sustainable business development.
Malte Øster
Senior ESG Advisor, SustainX
Malte Øster is a Senior ESG Advisor at SustainX, with two years of hands-on experience guiding listed companies in producing sustainability statements and navigating auditing under the CSRD.
He supports organisations in managing emissions, developing sustainability strategies, and reporting progress. Malte focuses on bridging the gap between strategy and operational action, specialising in climate accounting, carbon footprinting, and Science Based Targets.
He also contributed to the largest study on the CSRD with WeAreEurope, where he serves on the advisory board.
Mary Teehan
Managing Director, MT Sustainability Consultancy | Lead, The Circular Economists Dublin Chapter
Mary Teehan specialises in ESG compliance and is one of Ireland’s first circularity advisors. She holds a postgraduate qualification in Innovation in Sustainability and professional certifications in CSRD, GRI, and Circular Alliance.
Mary served as a consultant to EFRAG in the development of the Voluntary SME (VSME) and Listed SME (LSME) standards and is currently contributing to work on the simplification of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards.

Certified by the International Association for CBAM (IACBAM), Margarida Meleiro provides training, reporting services, and expert guidance to companies navigating the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. She works with organisations that must comply with CBAM as well as those seeking deeper insight into the mechanism’s regulatory and strategic implications.
