Malte Øster is Senior Advisor at SustainX where he has built hands-on ESRS experience from two years of guiding listed firms through producing sustainability statements and navigating auditing under the CSRD.

Malte also helps companies manage emissions, develop sustainability strategies and report on progress. He works on bridging the gap between sustainability strategy and operational action, focusing on climate accounts, carbon footprint, and Science Based Targets.

He helped produce the largest study on the CSRD with WeAreEurope, where he sits on the advisory board.

Orla Carolan is Head of Technical Training at the Sustainability Reporting Institute. Orla is responsible for technical content development and delivery of training for reporting standards such as CSRD (ESRS), and ISSB / IFRS Sustainability Reporting Standards (IFRS S1 & S2).

Orla also works on a freelance basis for the European Financial Reporting Group (EFRAG) where she has been part of the standard setting process for the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the recent simplification of those standards following regulation change at EU level.

She is a chartered certified accountant (FCCA) and previously held senior positions in JPMorgan Hedge Fund Services and Grant Thornton Ireland in financial reporting and sustainability advisory.

Nina Benoit is a sustainability expert, TEDx speaker, and host of The AI Sustainability Podcast. As Director of Sustainability at Brightest, she helps organisations navigate the intersection of
ESG, AI, and innovation.

She is also a polyglot who speaks six languages and brings a global perspective, contagious energy, and deep passion to every stage she steps on.

Margarida Meleiro is a CBAM Consultant and the Lead Expert for Carbon Complete.

Margarida is certified by the International Association for CBAM (IACBAM), and has been regularly providing training, reporting services, and guidance to companies that need to comply with CBAM or who benefit from getting more information regarding the Mechanism.

Mary Teehan is Managing Director of MT Sustainability Consultancy and founder of The Pipeline sustainability network.

She specialises in ESG compliance and is one of Ireland’s first circularity advisors. She has a PG in Innovation in Sustainability, and has CSRD, GRI & Circular Alliance Professional Certifications.

She was consultant to EFRAG in the development of the Voluntary SME (VSME) and the Listed SME (LSME) standards and is currently working with them on the simplification of the CSRD / ESRS.

Kristine Nagle is the Founder and Sustainability Advisor at Your Impact House.

With 5 years of consulting experience, Kristine has gathered vast practical experience working with SMEs, startups, corporations, and Venture Capital funds across Europe.

Before that, she developed and launched a CSR strategy for Printful - a global unicorn company (1600+ FTE across Europe and the USA). Her previous experience includes managing accelerator programs at Startup Wise Guys and gaining a global network as the CEO of the TechChill conference.
